We do not require a minimum usage period. However, contracts can only be terminated at the end of each month. If you would like to terminate the contract within the first month, please submit the form by the 25th of the month.
Example: If you start your contract with us in March, you can terminate your contract at the end of March at the earliest if the termination form is submitted by the 25th. The usage fee will be prorated for the first month.
