You can cancel your order ONLY IF you have NOT issued the eSIM QR code.
We will NOT be able to cancel and refund the full amount AFTER the QR code is issued (when you make the QR code visible) because the cost will be also incurred to us after your eSIM QR code issuance. Therefore, we highly recommend checking our eSIM compatibility page before you order our eSIM.
If you have issued the QR code before you realize your device does not work with our eSIMs, please contact us at contact@sakuramobile.jp.
**On your eSIM management page, if you see “Get QR Code” on the page, you can ask for a full refund. (Before QR code issuance)
**If you do not see it, we cannot make a full refund for the eSIM.
