Please note that you cannot scan the QR code from your device’s camera. You must go to your device’s settings menu and follow the right process so that your device knows you’re scanning an eSIM.

**You need to turn off Airplane Mode when installing an eSIM.
**If you do not want to get charged for the international roaming service from your original provider, please turn off/take out your original SIM card first, then turn off Airplane Mode.

If you cannot successfully scan the QR code, another option to install the eSIM is to enter the code manually.
When you go to "Install eSIM", please tap "Enter it manually" and copy and paste the code (shown after you issue the QR code)
