Yes, you should be able to use the Travel eSIM Hotspot / Tethering function to share the data/internet with other devices. 
The first step is to make sure you are able to use the eSIM data. If you have installed the eSIM, but still do not have internet access, then please see this FAQ: I have successfully installed the eSIM but I cannot connect to the internet. What should I do?
 

For Android :
If you use an Android device, you just have to enable the tethering/personal hotspot function after the data connection starts.

For iPhone :
1. Please fill in APN Values on BOTH the Cellular Data section + LTE Setup (Optional) + Personal Hotspot section. You can find the APN values on the link above.
2. Please make sure that you RESTART your device after you complete the APN settings for Hotspot.
