Placing orders in advance is highly encouraged as it can take time to have them delivered to your selected pickup location.

Please place your order at least 3 days before your pick-up date to get free shipping.

Deliver to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other islands:

Since it takes 1-2 days to deliver to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other islands, please order at least a week before arriving in Japan.

You may change your shipping address anytime until we make the shipment.

Expedited shipping:

For urgent needs, you may place an express shipping order (an extra 1,000 JPY express shipping fee will be added). Although we will send the item in the fastest way possible, depending on the area you are in, the shipping might take more than 1 day.

Please note that expedited shipping is only available if you pick up at Narita Airport, hotel, accommodations, central or local post offices.
