You will need to show your passport to pick up the order at our partner airport counter.
The recipient's name on the package and the name on your passport need to match.
Please make sure to include the recipient's name if you are ordering for someone else.
The booking ID will also be sent via the order confirmation email. If you have more than 1 order, please pick up all of your orders at the selected airport.
