※To manage network resources, unlimited data plans are managed by a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). In wireless internet services, unlimited data means you will not be disconnected based on your usage or the amount of data transferred.

We do our best to provide our customers with large amounts of data that they can comfortably use while in Japan. However, depending on the carrier’s decision, the overuse of mobile communication will affect the usage of other customers and may be deemed as irregular usage. 

The FUP (fair usage policy) is as below.

・Travel WIFI
The High-speed data available per day changes, it depends on the total usage of all users. However, we guarantee 3GB of High-speed data per day. Please note well that, in case of daily usage above 3GB, the speed may drop without advance notice.

※The Pocket WiFi are designed to be used by travelers and do not support long-term video streaming, video-conferencing/calling for extended periods of time, or downloading large amounts of data. If you plan on using the SIM cards or Pocket WiFi for such purposes, please contact us, we would like to offer you our business plan (without FUP).

※eSIM purchase comes with fixed amount of high-speed data, so FUP will NOT apply. After you have used up the purchased amount, the speed will be 200Kbps (maximum) without advance notice. If more high-speed data is required, purchasing extra data is available through TopUp function.
