We are afraid we cannot suspend your internet service or monthly fee charges.
We respectfully ask you to either:
-Terminate your contract
-Continue your contract while you are away from the installation address.
If you choose to terminate your contract and meet the below conditions, we can waive the Administrative fee for the next installation.
-A termination form has to be submitted. NTT modem/Homegateway has to be returned within a month after the submission of a termination form.
-A new application and a new installation is needed when you come back to your residence. While submitting the Application Form, please include the number that we will inform in reply to your email in the "Message" section of the Application Form. This will allow us to refer to your situation when we receive your application.
-If you use the wireless router we provided (TP-Link), you will need to keep using the same device after the second installation.
If you continue your contract, a new installation will not be needed. You can use the internet as soon as you come back to the installation address.
