There are a few issues that you may face when applying for the eSIM.
Please check all the steps below to find out which stage of the application you are currently at, and see what you need to do next.
1. "Application step①"
After you have entered all the information (name, email address etc...) at this step, you should have received an email with the following title.
EMAIL title : [IMPORTANT] Last steps to complete your order (Booking ID : Product name)
There should be a "Go to the next application step" link to continue with the application.
2. "Application step②,③&④"
After you have finished this step (document check, agree with term& conditions, payments etc...), you should have received another email with the following title.
EMAIL title : [Booking ID] Application has been completed. (from Sakura Mobile) : Product name
3. Check if your application have been authorized
If you have received the email with the following title, then this means your application has been approved, and you will be able to received the eSIM according to the pick up method you have chosen. (airport pick up , deliver, office pick up etc...)
EMAIL title : Your order (Booking ID) has been authorized
4. Check if you have entered the EID number or not
If you can enter the EID number in advance, then the eSIM issue process will be a lot smooth.
And, if you still have not entered the EID number, then you will be able to enter the EID number with the link inside the authorized email notification.
EMAIL title : Your order (Booking ID) has been authorized
5. What happens next
If you have done all the above, then the "application stage" trouble shooting is finished.
