You will need to check 3 things before you activate your eSIM.

①You have already entered the EID number.

②You need to have your "Access Code".
※ If you are not sure, please check this FAQ.

③You will have to check if your eSIM is ready to be installed and activated.
※ If you are not sure, please check this FAQ.

After you have entered the "Access Code", there should be a QR code pop up for you to install the eSIM. 
If you do not know how to do this, please check this FAQ.
You have to go to the "Setting page" and try to find the "Add eSIM" button to scan the QR code to install.
