※※Note well that the eSIM can ONLY be installed once, so DO NOT delete the eSIM for any reason.
※※If the eSIM has been deleted for any reason, an re-issue (3,300 JPY) is required.

There are 2 ways of installing the eSIM, and depending on how you have installed the eSIM, the solution may be different.

Situation① : The Normal way of installing the eSIM.
You have clicked the "Add eSIM" button on the setting page.
And you have scanned the "installation QR code" in order to add the eSIM to your device like the screenshots below, then you need to do 2 things to have your iPhone working.
1. Please do the APN setting. 
2. Please activate the eSIM.

Situation② : Install eSIM from the pop up message on your phone.
In this case, the eSIM should have been added, so you need to do 2 things to have your iPhone working.
