If you are using Samsung, then you will need to provide us with the following screenshots in order for us to do a FULL trouble shooting.
① Press "*#06#", and take screenshot of the EID number (32digits) for us.
② Check if you have installed properly.
Go to "Settings" => "Connections" => "SIM Card Manager".
Make sure you have "Turned OFF" all other SIM, and "turned ON" our eSIM.

③ Check if the APN profile is selected.
Go to "Settings" => "Connections" => "Mobile Networks" => "Access Point Names".

④ Check if the APN values are correct.
Go to "Settings" => "Connections" => "Mobile Networks" => "Access Point Names" => Select the above APN profile.
