If you are using Google Pixel, then you will need to provide us with the following screenshots in order for us to do a FULL trouble shooting.

① Press "*#06#", and take screenshot of the EID number (32digits) for us.

② Check if you have installed properly.
Go to "Settings" => "Network & Internet" => "SIMs".
Make sure you have "Turned OFF" all other SIM, and "turned ON" our eSIM.

③ Check if you have done the correct setting.
Go to "Settings" => "Network & Internet" => "SIMs" => Select our eSIM.
※ Take a screenshot of the following for us.

④ Check if the APN profile is selected.
Go to "Settings" => "Network & Internet" => "SIMs" => Select our eSIM => "Access Point Names".

⑤ Check if the APN values are correct.
Go to "Settings" => "Network & Internet" => "SIMs" => Select our eSIM => "Access Point Names" => Click the above APN profile.
