If you are using phone that are not iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, then you will need to provide us with the following screenshots in order for us to do a FULL trouble shooting.
① Press "*#06#", and take screenshot of the EID number (32digits) for us.
② Check if you have installed properly.
Try to find the page shows all your SIMs.
Make sure you have "Turned OFF" all other SIM, and "turned ON" our eSIM.

Try to find the page shows our eSIM has been turned ON, and selected to use our eSIM for internet access.
