If you would like to use our eSIM while keeping your current phone number, please submit an MNP request first to your current provider. Then please first apply for our physical SIM card:

Monthly service of more than 90 days (for work/school/living purposes): https://longterm-order.sakuramobile.jp/step1 

After that, please tap the checkbox next to "I have a Japanese number" and then fill in the MNP information. 

Please make sure that the remaining expiry date of your MNP number has more than 8 days when you submit the application with us.

Please contact us via email on your contract's Start Date, we will proceed to convert the SIM card to eSIM.
