You can get a refund if you cancel the order before eSIM(s) start being assigned to you.
We usually ship the order 4 days before your pick-up date (this may vary in busy seasons). Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
On principle, we do not provide a refund after that. However, please kindly contact us if you are in a special circumstance.
