How to check if your phone is unlocked / SIM-free
You can check with your current service provider or the shop where you purchased the device. Please note that we are not responsible for unlocking your device.
*For iPhone users:
You can check it from your Settings page.
Go to Settings > General > About > At the middle-low page, you see "Carrier Lock."
If it says "No SIM Restrictions," you should be able to use eSIM(s) from any carrier provider.
However, if it says "SIM locked", your phone is a carrier-locked device, and you cannot use any eSIM(s) including ours other than your original carrier provider's.
*For Android users:
You can contact where you purchased your device to see if it is carrier-locked.
