Insurance coverage only applies when a customer accidentally loses or damages the rental items.
To claim damage insurance, the customer must first return the items to us.
To claim lost insurance, the customer needs to report either "Lost" or "Stolen" to the police and email us a copy of the report. (遺失届出受理証明 or 盗難被害届出証明).
If the customer still has access to the device but is unwilling to return it or communicate with us, the insurance will not apply.
