It depends on the device. Some devices support dual SIM functionality, allowing for the use of both an eSIM and a physical SIM card (or an eSIM) at the same time. Others may only support one SIM card / eSIM at a time.

To ensure that your phone supports the function or not, please contact the phone provider.

*If you have a SIM card from your home country and have our eSIM on your device, we would recommend you turn off/take out the SIM card to avoid any unexpected international charges.

If your device supports dual SIM functionality and would like to use our eSIM together with your other eSIM/SIM card, please do the following:

1. Turn off the original eSIM from your home country / take the original SIM card from your home country out of your device. 

2. Connect to a stable WiFi connection to install our eSIM.

3. After the installation is completed, please download/type the APN profile for our eSIM.
