Deadline to change the payment method to pay the bill at the end of that month is the 25th of each month.
The procedure is as follows:
1. When you started the contract with Smart Pit payment method, you have paid a certain amount of deposit. We would like to return the deposit back to you. So we will ask you how you would like us to refund the deposit.
We can refund the deposit in 2 ways.
① Japanese Bank Account
② PayPal
③ If you do not have ① and ②, then you can also use your family or friend's account.
2. We will then provide you with a link to register a credit/debit card.
***Please note that prepaid credit/debit cards such as Mijica, Gaica Card, cash cards are not accepted.
3. After we have confirmed the payment at the end of this month, we will refund the deposit back to your Japanese bank account in the middle of the following month.
