The service fee of a month will be invoiced and paid at the end of the following month.
(e.g. Fee for March will be invoiced and charged at the end of April)

For Smart Pit card payment (cash at convenience stores):
The service fee of a month will be invoiced at the end of the following month. The payment period is between the 1st and 10th of the month after that.
