To be able to use our eSIM, your device must meet the following conditions:
- SIM-free device (Unlocked Device).

- Must be eSIM compatible.
- Capable of receiving Docomo signals (band 1 and band 19 frequencies).

Band 1 (2100MHz): Most cities
Band 19 (800MHz): Rural areas, mountains, lakes, islands, suburbs of Kyoto, Nara, Hokkaido (except Sapporo), and northern Okinawa

Your device must support Band 1 to ensure consistent signal coverage. Band 19 support is not required but can enhance connectivity.
