*Below is for those who need to receive an eSIM QR code envelope at your residence/airport:
*For customer who have applied with eKYC (face recognition system), you will receive your eSIM online via email. It is not necessary to do the following steps.
To know the status of your eSIM QR code envelope, please kindly follow the steps below.
1. Check if you have successfully complete the application.
If you have completed the application, you should have received an email with the following title.
※ Please check your spam/junk folder on your email as well.
Email Title: Application has been completed. (Sakura Mobile)
2. Check if we have approved your application.
It may take up to a few days for us to check your document and approve your order.
Once the application has been checked and approved, we will send you an email with the following title.
※ Please check the email junk folder as well.
Email Title: Your order (XXXX-OOOOOO) has been authorized
3. Check if we have shipped out an eSIM.
After we have approved your application, the next step will be for us to ship the eSIM QR code envelope to you.
It is usually shipped a few days before the requested pickup date.
After we have shipped it out, we will send you an email with the following title.
Email Title: Your order (XXXX-OOOOOO) has been shipped
4. Check the shipping status.
After we have shipped it out, it should arrive on the request date (or 1 day before).
However, if it does not arrive, you will be able to check the current status of the package.
If you can check the above email with the email title : "Your order (XXXX-OOOOOO) has been shipped", then you should be able to find the details and instructions to track your envelope's shipment status.
