If the device or phone that has your eSIM installed in it, is lost or damaged, and you want to use the eSIM in your new device/phone, then you will have to reissue your eSIM.

If you would like to reissue the eSIM with the same number, please contact us with the screenshot of your Cellular / SIM & eSIM List in the Settings (where you can see your SIM list).
