To receive your travel SIM card/eSIM/pocket WiFi and Monthly SIM card/eSIM/pocket WiFi order at our partner airport counter, you need to show your passport and your booking ID (it will be sent to you via email).
The recipient's name on the package and the name on your passport need to match.
Please make sure to include the recipient's name if you are ordering for someone else.

*For Monthly products, a contractor is the only person who can make a pickup.

For travel products, as long as the name of the person who is planning to pick it up is known, he/she can make the pickup.
