To use the data service on your SIM card, you need to do APN settings.
Please refer to our APN settings installation page for details.
For iPhone users:
If you have a currently installed APN profile, please delete it before installing our profile.
You can do that by going to Settings > General > Profile > Remove Profile.
For Android users:
Please confirm the following:
1. All characters are in lowercase
2. There is no space in between, before, or after the characters in the APN values
3. The APN profile correctly saved and selected
4. The correct SIM slot is selected for the mobile data (if you are using a dual-SIM device)
