To use data services, please configure the APN settings on your device. Refer to our APN settings installation page for detailed instructions.
For iPhone users:
If you have an existing APN profile, delete it before installing our profile by going to:
・Settings > General > Profile > Remove Profile.
For Android users:
Please ensure the following:
1. All characters in the APN values are in lowercase.
2. There are no spaces before, after, or between the characters.
3. The APN profile is correctly saved and selected.
4. For dual-SIM devices, the correct SIM slot is selected for mobile data.
