Please check your device's signal bar after inserting the SIM card.
If signal bars are visible, the SIM card is functioning correctly. In this case, please check the following:
1. Mobile data is ON in the settings.
2. Airplane mode is OFF in the settings.
3. APN settings are correctly configured (values must be in lowercase). Refer to the enclosed manual or [APN setting page] for instructions.

4. For dual-SIM Android devices, make sure the correct SIM slot is selected. We recommend using slot 1 for our SIM card.
5. On some iPhones and Android devices, the signal bar may display as 0; if this happens, please ignore it.
If no signal bars are shown, try the following:
1. Remove the SIM card and gently wipe it with a soft cloth.
2. Reinsert the SIM card into your device.
