Yes, you can pick up your travel SIM card order at the airport as we have a partner pickup counter at the following airports.   

・Narita Terminal 1

・Narita Terminal 2

・Haneda International Terminal 3

・Kansai International airport

・Fukuoka International Airport

For other airports, you can pick up the order at the post office located inside the airport.

Please note that this pickup option is only available if you place the order at least 3 days before your pickup date. The express option is only available at Narita Airport, Kansai International Airport, Fukuoka International Airport, hotels, accommodations, and central or local post offices.
