Yes, we have a partner pickup counter at the following airports.   

・Narita Terminal 1

・Narita Terminal 2

・Haneda International Terminal

・Kansai International airport.

For other airports, you can pick up the order at the post office located inside the airport.

Please note that this pickup option is only available if you place the order at least 3 days before your pickup date. The express option is only available at Narita Airport, hotel, accommodations, central or local post offices.

You may also return the item at airports. There are postboxes at airports. The postbox location is available on the airport pickup counter locations page.
