Due to the timing of our payment cycle, the usage fee is always charged one month later.
Therefore, the bill you received this month was for last month's usage. Please kindly check when your contract was terminated and what month the bill was for.
(E.g. March bill will be sent and paid on 30th April.)
To view your monthly charges, follow the below steps after logging into your My Sakura Mobile page.
1) Select your contract on the "Contracts" page.
2) Select "Payments" in the drop-down menu.
3) Your bills for the contract will be listed. You can view the individual invoice details by selecting "Show invoice".
※ Our monthly plans are post-paid. The bill is issued one month after the usage period. For example, you’ll receive the bill for July usage at the end of August.
