**Please be informed that this process is necessary to officially terminate your contract.

**You need to submit the termination form before the 25th of the month you want to terminate the contract.
For example, if you wanted to terminate the contract by the end of August, you should submit the form by the 25th of August.

STEP BY STEP:

Log in to your [Sakura Mobile My Page]

※If it's your first time to log in to the [Sakura Mobile My Page], kindly refer to this article on How to log in to [Sakura Mobile My Page] for the first time?

After logging into your "My Sakura Mobile" account, please go to the "Manage Plan" page
For information on how to get to your "Manage Plan" page, visit here.

1) On the "Manage Plan" page, please select "Cancellation"

2) Fill in the required information

2) Check that the information automatically filled in is correct. (*)

Please select the date of departure if you are leaving Japan.

4) Submit the form

5) Return the Pocket WiFi to us.

Please note that you can use the device until the end of the month. After that, you must return it to us by the 5th of the following month.

You can use the return envelope provided (Letter Pack Lite) to return the device. If you have lost the envelope, please purchase a new one (Letter Pack Lite or レターパックライト) at the Post Office or Lawson and let us know the tracking number written on the envelope.
