You can apply to cancel the service at the end of the month through the [Sakura Mobile My Page] by the 25th of every month.
If submitted by the 25th, the contract will then end at the end of that month.
If the 25th has passed, the contract will be canceled at the end of the following month.
※ The contract end date will always be the last day of the month.
※If you plan to start a new contract with another provider, please let them know that you currently have a contract with Sakura Mobile. Please ask the new provider about the details of the transfer process. Depending on their reply, you may not need to submit a termination form to us.
After canceling the contract, you will need to return the rental equipment (home gateway device or ONU modem and included accessories).

Steps to submit the Termination Form
1) Log in to your [Sakura Mobile My Page]
2) Go to the "Manage Plan" page for the plan you would like to terminate

3) Select "Terminate Contract"
4) Select "Cancel Contract"
5) Fill in the required information
6) Check that the information automatically filled in is correct. (*)
Please select the date of departure if you are leaving Japan.
*If you choose the return kit as the returning method, please tap the choice and enter the shipping address.
7) Submit the form

Please note that we cannot accept termination requests by email. A Termination Form will be required for all terminations.
Last invoice for the final usage month
Please note that our service is a postpaid service.
For Credit/Debit Card customers, the last bill will be due at the end of the following month after the termination month.
Example:
If you submit the termination form between January 26 - February 25
・The contract will be terminated at the end of February.
・The final bill/invoice will be sent to your email near the end of March.
・The final bill will be paid at the end of March.

For CASH (Smart Pit) customers, the deposit initially paid will be used to pay for the bills for the last two months of the contract.
Example:
If you submit the termination form between January 26 - February 25
・The contract will be terminated at the end of February.
・The bills for the months of January and February will be paid with the deposit.
・The last bill to be paid at the convenience store is for the usage month of December. (Due between February 1 - 10)
