For physical installations, you will need to be present to allow the NTT technician access to your residence. The exact arrival time of the technician depends on the schedule of other installations that day. Since we cannot request specific arrival times within the scheduled installation window, we ask that customers remain available for the entire period.
For remote installations, your presence is not required. The NTT modem and wireless router will be sent to your residence before the scheduled installation date for you to set up the device. The remote activation will occur on the specified date and time, and you do not need to be present for this process.
