This depends on your plan type and router. We provide a router free of charge as part of our fiber internet service, preconfigured to work with our connection type (IPv4 over IPv6/IPoE, using either DS-Lite or MAP-E) without any additional setup. Our routers are thoroughly tested, allowing us to offer full support.

While you are welcome to use your own router, we cannot guarantee its compatibility or provide official support, as we cannot test third-party devices. For the best experience, we recommend using the router included with our service.

If your router does not support DS-Lite or MAP-E, we can provide a PPPoE connection as an alternative for 1Gbps/100Mbps plans only.

Please note that no discount is provided should you wish to use your own router instead of the one provided with our service.
