Please follow the instructions below.

1. Turn on the pocket WIFi by holding down the start button on the top left of the device.

2. When this screen appears, swipe left with your finger.

2. Tap on the "Information" box.

3. You will then see the SSID (WiFi name) and password on the screen.

4. Enter the password and connect! 

If there are any issues, please make sure that you have selected the correct SSID and entered the password exactly.
