As the Home WiFi device is a rental product, it needs to be returned within 5 days of your termination or installation date.
How to return the device
1. Place the Home WiFi device and accessories inside its box.

<If a return envelope was included with your device>
Place the box inside the return envelope then fold and seal the envelope tightly to minimize the package size.
<If a shipping label was attached to the box when the device was delivered>
Seal the box securely with tape to prevent it from opening during shipment.
3. Send the device from one of the following locations:
・JP Post Office
・Lawson convenience store
・Ministop convenience store
・Seicomart convenience store
If you no longer have the return envelope please purchase a return envelope/box and return label and ship the device to our Shinjuku office address. We can provide the address to return if we receive an email.
※ Please DO NOT send the devices by Cash On Delivery (COD/着払い/Chakubarai) to our office
※ We will charge you the delivery fee if we receive the device by Cash On Delivery
※ Please let us know when you have sent the device and provide us with the tracking number for the package.

・Device box
You can include everything sent in the device box such as cable ties and plastic bags.
*A lost fee will be charged if any of the above items are not returned by 5 days of your contract termination date.
Payment cycle
<For credit card>
The last monthly fee will be charged after your contract is terminated as our billing cycle is one month later (paid at the end of next month).

The last two months' monthly fees will be covered by the deposit paid when your device is delivered. Please refer to the FAQ link below.
