Due to the regulation, Sakura Mobile (we) must ask our customers to return their SIM cards.
However, we understand it is difficult to return it quickly, so we do not charge any fee for late return or for a SIM card loss.
**Please be aware that ‘ONLY’ returning the SIM card itself does NOT equal contract termination.
You must submit an official termination request to terminate your contract.

① If you are still in Japan:
You can purchase a Letter Pack Lite (レターパックライト - 370 JPY) envelope at a Post Office or Lawson to return the SIM card. The price of the envelope includes the shipping fee and the tracking service so it is very much recommended by us.
② If you brought it back home outside of Japan:
Rest assured you can use normal mail to return the SIM card and we will not charge you for any delay.
