**Please be aware that ‘ONLY’ returning the pocket WiFi itself does NOT equal contract termination. 
You must submit an official termination request to terminate your contract.

FAQ page: How do I terminate/cancel my monthly pocket WiFi contract?

① If you are still in Japan:

A pre-paid return envelope was given to you when you received the original package. 

Please make sure to use it to return your item to our collection desk.
If you have lost it, you can purchase a Letter Pack Plus envelope （レターパックプラス - 520 JPY） at a Post Office to return the pocket WiFi and inform us of the tracking number on the envelope.
