If you are not able to receive your package, Sagawa (delivery company) staff will leave a delivery slip as below in your post box with information to reschedule the delivery.

How to arrange redelivery
1. Please access the redelivery request page from the QR code (the upper one) on the delivery slip.

Please click "This is who apply for redelivery" above the gray square.
2. Please enter the Sales office number and Tracking number and press "Next".
These numbers can be found on the delivery slip.
★If you access this page from the QR code on the delivery slip, the numbers should be already entered.
★If the website is in Japanese, you can change the language from upper right.
3. Please select your preferred redelivery date and time, enter your phone number and press ”Next”.
4. Please confirm the information is all correct and press "Submit".
5. When you see the page below, the redelivery has been arranged.
you can receive a redelivery request completion notice if you enter your email address.
