You can apply to cancel the service at the end of the month through the [Sakura Mobile My Page] by the 25th of every month.
If submitted by the 25th, the contract will then end at the end of that month.
If the 25th has passed, the contract will be canceled at the end of the following month.
※ The contract end date will always be the last day of the month.
※You will need to return the device within 5 days after the end of your contract.

Steps to submit the Termination Form
1) Log in to your [Sakura Mobile My Page]
If it's your first time to log in to the [Sakura Mobile My Page], kindly refer to this article on How to log in to [Sakura Mobile My Page] for the first time?
2) Go to "Contract Details".
3) Select the product and go to "Terminate contract".
4) Select "Cancel Contract"
5) Fill in the required information and click "Next" on the bottom
6) Check that the information automatically filled in is correct. (*)
Please select the date of departure if you are leaving Japan.
*Please read carefully and check "I understand the cancellation policy." and " I understand the cancellation policy and confirm the cancel information is correct."
7) Submit the form from the bottom button.
8) Please return your WiFi device to our collection desk within 5 days after the end of your contract.
**Please be informed that this process is necessary to officially terminate your contract.
**You need to submit the termination form from the 26th of the former month to the 25th of the month you want to terminate the contract.
For example, if you want to terminate the contract by the end of August, you should submit the form from the 26th of July to the 25th of August.
