When you select your start date and end date, you get to choose either 5G eSIM (Left) or 4G eSIM (Right):

*For other services, such as physical Travel SIM cards/WiFi, we still use 4G/LTE only. 4G/LTE is recommended for coverage/compatibility purposes:

1. Limited Coverage: 5G network coverage is still limited in many areas in Japan.
2. Device Compatibility: Many international smartphones are not compatible with Japan's 5G network frequency.

Therefore, our Travel SIM/WiFi products are designed to support 4G only at the moment.
