We have our pickup counter at Haneda Airport (HND), Narita Airport (NRT), and Kansai International Airport (KIX).

However, depending on which counter you go/which product you would like to buy, the availability is different:

For short-term travel products (SIM card/eSIM/WiFi):

• Haneda Airport (HND) and Narita Airport (NRT): Walk-in orders (direct purchase at the airport) are not available. 

Since the pickup counters above are our partnership counters and are available for pre-order pickup only, direct purchase from the counter is not available. Please make sure to place an order in advance.

• Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Fukuoka International Airport (FUK): Walk-in orders (direct purchase at the airport) are available.

For long-term (monthly subscription) products (SIM card/eSIM/WiFi):

Walk-in orders (direct purchase at the airport) are not available at any airport pickup counter.
