Suggested Position
If you are having connection issues, or if the signal is not strong enough, you can try using this feature in the Home Wifi Settings Page. The Suggested Postition feature will help the device find a location with better signal reception and potentially, improve your internet speeds & connection. Please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that you are connected to the Home Wifi's network either through WiFi or ethernet cable.
2. Access the Home Wifi Settings page through the following link: http://192.168.0.1/
※ The password can be found on the underside of the device (see below reference picture)
3. Click/tap on the magnifying glass icon.
4. On the next screen, click/tap on "DETECT NOW" and the Home Wifi device will start testing the signal reception on its current location.
Once the testing is done you will see the results (ranging from Terrible to Perfect).
5. Please repeat these steps at different locations inside your residence until the result is "Perfect", "Great" or "Good".
