Step 1: Contact us to start processing your request. You can also email us your inquiry via contact@sakuramobile.jp
Step 2: When we reply to you, we will provide you with a step-by-step instruction.
Step 3: After you upload your document, reply to our email.
Step 4: (For credit/debit card payment users only) Register credit card information again in our system.
Step 5: After we confirm everything, we will change your email address to the new one on our system.
