Due to company policy and security reasons, it is not possible to transfer an existing contract to another individual. This includes changes to contract details such as names, email addresses, or services for active products.
If a new tenant wishes to use Sakura Fiber Internet, we kindly ask that they submit a new Application Form to create their own contract. This ensures the new contract is entirely under their name, avoiding any potential disputes or issues with payments, contract details, or service responsibilities.
Additionally, since the internet device you are using is a rental device, it must be returned at the end of your contract and cannot be reused for the new contract.
