We require identification to confirm your identity and address for the internet installation to make a contract and use our service.
Regarding the pictures
- Please make sure all submitted documentation is still valid
- Please submit colored pictures of the documentation
- Please take pictures of the documentation (We cannot accept photocopies/scans of the documentation)
- Please make sure all pictures are clear and easy to read
- Provide FULL pictures (Pictures that do not show the full document, will need to be retaken)
Type of contract (Family usage and Friends/Acquaintances usage)
- For family contracts, if the owner of the rental/residence is different, this is OK. Please provide your Residence Card with the address where the installation will occur. (If friends, acquaintances, etc., we respectfully ask if the contract holder please make a contract with us.)
Deadline for submitting documentation
- We need to receive the documentation (and confirm the information) by at least 3 days before the fixed installation date. If we do not receive and confirm the documentation by this time, the installation will be postponed.
Please provide one of the following documentation options for ID and address confirmation
Option 1) Residence Card - Both sides of the card
- Submit colored pictures of both sides
- Please make sure the pictures are clear and with the address where the internet will be installed
If your Residence Card still has your old address
Please submit a copy of the Residence Card and Rental Contract Agreement (賃貸借契約書). You can also provide us with a copy of your updated Residence Card (Both sides) as long as it is at least 3 days before your fixed installation date.
Rental Contract Agreement (賃貸借契約書)
- Please submit pictures of the following pages:
- Page with your name and address where the installation will be done
- Page with your signature/stamp, as well as the signatures/stamps of the realtor, building management company, landlord, etc.
Option 2) Passport + Utility Bill (Issued with 3 months) or Rental Contract Agreement (賃貸借契約書)
Passport:
- Submit a colored copy of your photo and information
Utility Bill:
- Submit colored pictures of both sides
- Please make sure the bill was issued within the last 3 months
- Please make sure your name, address (where the internet will be installed), and date of issue are clearly visible. Please provide a picture of the full utility bill
- Gas provided by the government / Electric / Water bills only
- ※Propane gas bills are not accepted
Option 3: Japanese Driver's License - Pictures of both sides of the card
- We do not accept other countries' Driver's Licenses
- Please make sure it has the address where the internet will be installed
If the address is different
Please provide a copy of your Residence Card, Rental Contract Agreement, or Utility Bill with the address where the installation will take place.
Option 4: My Number Card - Picture of only the Front Side
- Please do not submit a picture of the back of the card
Option 5: Health Insurance Card - National Health Insurance / Health Insurance（国民健康保険/健康保険）
- Please provide pictures of the front and back of the card
- You must cover the number parts (記号、番号、保険者番号) as well as the QR/bar code

We are aware that military personnel does not possess Residence Cards from the Japanese government. Therefore, we respectfully ask for the following documentation options for ID confirmation and address confirmation.
