You will have to pay compensation fees if you lose or break the device.
You can avoid paying such fees by adding insurance to your monthly plan.
・Regular insurance (¥330/month): Covers 70%
・Premium Insurance (¥440/month): Cover 100%
The compensation fee if you lose or break the device will be as below.
Example :
If you do not have the insurance and, at the same time, have lost the pocket WiFi and the US cable, the total lost fee will be: 30,000 JPY + 1,000 JPY = 31,000 JPY.
If you have Insurance, you only need to pay 9,000 JPY + 300 JPY = 9,300 JPY.
If you have Premium Insurance, you do not need to pay the lost fee.
If the device is lost or stolen :
For us to apply the insurance to the situation, you will need to report either "Lost" or "Stolen" to the police, and email us a copy of the report (遺失届出受理証明 or 盗難被害届出証明).
If the device is damaged :
For us to apply the insurance to the situation, you will need to return the device to us.
