Online Consultation is a free service where you can directly ask your questions about installing Home Internet to one of our team members. One session will take around 30 minutes using Zoom video call. You can use the 30 minutes depending on your needs: comparing the available plans, getting to know more about the fiber internet process, asking about your specific concerns, etc.
How can I reserve a session?
You can reserve your session using the link below. Please access the link below and choose your available date and time, and then click the blue button with "Next".

On the next page, please enter the required information. This information would help us to provide you with available plans and their process during the session. Lastly, please click the blue button with "Schedule Event". The reservation is now completed!
A notification email will be sent to the registered email address. On the reserved date, please access the link in this email to join the Zoom meeting room.
Depending on the case, our staff may contact you before the session to follow up about your address/concerns/questions, etc.
What can I do in an online consultation?
Here are the examples of what you can do in a session:
- Compare plans and get personalized suggestions for your suitable plan and fees
- Receive a step-by-step explanation of the installation process
- Request assistance with submitting the application form and finalizing your order (if scheduling is available)
- Ask about required documentation
