The Administrative and Installation fees will be charged after the installation has been successfully completed. No fees will be charged if the installation cannot be completed.
※ If you encounter any issues with the internet, please contact our staff as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within a few days, the Administrative and Installation fees will be charged.
Once the installation has been confirmed, we will proceed with charging the customer's registered credit/debit card or their Smart Pit number.
※For new Smart Pit (CASH) payment customers
If you have not previously been provided with a Smart Pit number, we will send you a new one via email, along with payment details. Instructions for completing the payment will be included in the same email. Please make sure to complete the payment by the deadline provided.
For the CASH/Convenience Store payment option, a two-month deposit will also be required if it has not already been paid on receipt of the rental wifi device.
