The Administrative and Installation fees will be charged after the installation has been successfully completed.
(The CASH/Convenience Store payment option will also require the two-month deposit if it has not been paid already.)
Once we have confirmed that the installation has been completed, we will proceed with either charging the customer's registered credit/debit card or their Smart Pit number.
※For new Smart Pit (CASH) payment customers
If we have not provided you with a Smart Pit number previously, we will provide you with a new Smart Pit number in an email, along with details of the payment. Instructions detailing how to complete the payment will also be sent in the same email. Please complete the payment by the deadline listed in the email.
※Should there be any issues with the internet, please contact our staff as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within a few days, the Administrative and Installation fees will be charged.
